High Disk Usage warning

Hello! I am constantly getting "High Disk Usage" warnings and my free disk space is always low. When I check the Processes under Task Manager, my Internet Explorer is always the highest memory. Can someone please tell me how to fix this?

IIRC high disk usage means you have little space left on your HDD.

This has nothing to do with RAM. You need to delete files from your HDD or add an additional HDD.

You get a different error if you don't have enough RAM.
