Question High DPC Latency causing audio popping, crackling and mouse stutter ?

I recently noticed increasingly common audio popping and crackling and mouse stuttering from my PC, so I did some research was told that a bad driver could be causing the issue. So I ran LatencyMon tests and started disabling and re-enabling drivers in device manager and reinstalled my Nvidia drivers to no avail. The numbers on my LatencyMon look way higher than the numbers on similar threads so I have had a bit of concern over this. I haven't been able to find any conclusive solutions for the issue or pinpoint specific drivers that might be causing the issue as the LatencyMon tests show multiple drivers acting up. Any insight on how to fix this? Thanks.

First off, please parse the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

Considering you're on Windows 10, you should ideally be on version 20H2. Include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model(and it's wattage). You will also need to scope out the BIOS version that you're working on for your motherboard. Use DDU to uninstall your GPU drivers and manually reinstall with the latest version in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.
