Hi,

7 days ago I've bought my new pc:
- Aorus Z370 Gaming 2.0
- i7 8068k
- GTX 1080 Ti from Gigabyte
- 16GB DDR4 3200MHz
- be quiet straight power 10 600W

Day one was like heaven, everything was perfect, stable games, stable 80-100 fps or even higher if the game was older / worse in a matter of graphics or complexicity. I was even out performing my friends and buddies.
Day two was straight up a disaster. Every single game's performance has dropped about 80%, the fps are unstable and are not even going out of 30 in certain games. Just so you can have any idea what happend:
- Arma 3
Day 1: modified server 80 fps when fighting, 100 fps when running around some places(stable)
Day 2: same modified server, 20-30 fps when fighting, 40 fps when running around(unstable, goes to to 10-20-10 then back to 40 or 30 again.)
- Escape from Tarkov(Closed Beta access game)
Day 1: most unoptimized map and most populated server, stable 90 fps.
Day 2: same map, same server, barely 30 fps, they are highly unstable, go from 20-35
- War Tunder
Day 1: some town map, lots of tanks, around 250 fps.
Day 2: same map, same amount of tanks 120-144 fps.

(No matter what graphic settings I've used, the fps remained exactly the same. There was no change in fps whatsoever between Ultra and low settings. One thing I've noticed is that my GPU & CPU work at 10-15% in all my games.)

Day 1 and 2 are technically the same, 10 hours have passed in between my gaming(gotta sleep sometimes) and I haven't changed any settings in game or in my pc / bios. I've started up the pc how I got it from the service it was assembled in and I've started playing(Day 1), it was amazing and all, went to sleep, woke up(Day 2) started playing as before and there we go. Horrible fps, stuttering, graphics have changed drastically, maps looked awful, ground above 15m away from me appear blurry, when I look at objects they appear in low quality, when I zoom in, they "load up" all the textures like holes in the walls, graffiti, branches and leaves etc.

My friends and buddies have similar / worse gaming rigs than me and they haven't got my problem, they tried to help me, but failed. I was in contact with Nvidia Support Center, I've done possibly everything they've had in their troubleshooting section and nothing helped me. This included:
- Changing the power settings to max performance
- Changing Nvidia Control Panel settings(threaded optimization, power mode, triple buffering etc)
- Reinstalling drivers to the newest(I personally have completely removed drivers, and installed every single one that was available for my 1080 Ti on their site and checked it that would help me, took me 4 hours and hasn't helped me)
- Starting up my pc without any additional services like Battleeye for Arma3, EasyAntiCheat for Squad etc.
- Disabled HPET & VT-d in my Bios settings.
- Disabled the weird "Win+G" thing in Win10 where you can record things, make screenshots etc.
- Reinstalled Windows 10 about 8 times already.
- Reseated my Graphics card to other PCI slots
- Looked inside if everything is properly connected

Nothing above has helped me... I'm genuinely looking for help, this is 7th day into this issue and I'm starting to go mental about it, because I've searched multiple forums, including this one, did all I could what I've found in the comments but nothing has really helped me.
I will provide you any information you would like, I will show you everything about my pc, just ask what exactly and guide me a little on how to do that. I'm not that advanced when it comes to those things.

Find the game exe. Right click go to properties then select compatability. U should thrn see overide high dpi scaling. If it is not selected try turning that on then trying the game. Or if it is already selected try turning it off. I had the same problem i got a new rig and had the exact same problem.

I've tried that, it did not help.

No I haven't, plus I'm scared about those temperatures I need to find time to sit 4 hours straight looking at it so nothing bad happens. And the pc is going to service tommorow so I think I'll pass on that one for now.
I hope they'll find the answer of my problem.

Possibly that 600W Power Supply giving you a bottleneck in terms of GPU performance, the GTX 1080 Ti is an extremely power hungry card. Most setups I know of with a 1080 Ti run using 700W Gold. Everything seems to be fine. It also could definately be outdated drivers however if this does not work out maybe you should send in your card for a replacement? But for now I'm sticking with the PSU issue as a 600W probably wouldn't be able to use the 1080 Ti to its optimum.

Update
I have tested everything with Unigine, FF XV benchmark, FurMark, Aida64 and everything was stable, doing a great job however, my scores were always about 50-80% below expectations.
I've send the pc to the service it was assembled at and they changed the card to 1060 with the same PSU and had expected results, great performance.
They changed the PSU to 700W and plugged my 1080Ti to it and it gave them the same bad results.
So they've told me that the Graphics Card was broken. I've returned the card, got my money back and unfortunetely, had to invest some more and bought the same Graphics Card but from AORUS, the same manufacturer that made my Motherboard. The card itself is huge, gave me a hard time plugging it in, but I've managed to do it. I made sure that there are no loose cables, everything is well in where it's supposed to be, installed needed drivers and RGB Fusion(to control the colors of the card I believe) and tested the card.
And the results were exactly the same... Again 50-80% worse than anybody else having this setup. I do not believe, this is the Graphics Card issue. I will be purchasing a new PSU, a 1000W probably to make sure it's not the PSU's fault. Next I'll have to go over the SDD again and if there's no issue, I'll be left without options and probably without money as by that time, the return of goods will expire.
I will update you as soon as anything new comes up. Thank you for your help, I really appreciate it.

As to my previous post, that's exactly what I'm gonna do now. I'll update you if that will fix my problem. And from the start I'm starting to have concerns about it. Since benches on my old 970 give good scores, and the 1080Ti is, what I've been told, using less power and is from a reasonable point of view, much better card than 970 and yet it is performing poorly.

I don't know. They've assembled the pc, installed what was needed and told me it's ready to go. I've grabbed it from them, paid what I had to, first day was like heaven and 2nd was hell. From that point you know the story. About the recent testing. I do not know that either. I've described what was my problem, they took the pc and after a day they've said they have tested my pc and Graphics Card is the fault, it is broken or something, they are not really sure what exactly and cannot check that(Because I haven't bought it directly through them, they cannot open it up or do any advanced actions with it) so they've benchmarked the card, cpu, memory and concluded that it was definitely graphics card.
Now that I have a new one, with slightly scratched box and the card itself look like new, basically untouched, I did the same benchmarks the service did couple of days ago and I've received basically the same results. Anywhere from between 50-80% worse than it is supposed to achieve.
How could a motherboard be faulty? What could've happend that it has broken down?
I really believe that it's 600W PSU right now. Everybody who has this setup has 800+ and they have no issues at all. Sadly there's no way for me to test it, I could potentially plug my old 750W PSU (Cooler Master GX 750W) but I am afraid of having some malfunctions or short circuts, basically anything related to electricity. I don't want to burn those things or destroy them by using this PSU. It's really old and I'm not sure if I should do that.
