Question high-end laptop not getting the fps i want/expect

hi, i have a msi ge75raider 10SGS with these specs:

cpu: intel core i9 10980HK @ 2.40Ghw
RAM: 2x 16384 MBytes DDR4-3200 (1600 MHz)
motherboard:

graphics:

and somehow i run games like Leauge of Legends and rocketleauge between 90-150 fps
can someone help me with this issue because i tried a lot of stuff and none of it worked.

i got it from speccy but apparantly thats wrong it is 8GB
and the 240Hz screen is my laptop screen
