High End PC Getting Low FPS

I can not tell if there is something wrong with my hardware or if it was the new drivers but I noticed that games like Arma 3 and Far Cry 4 can't seem to run Ultra at 60 fps as of late. Is anyone else having with the new drivers or is there a way for me to test if it is my hardware.

I don't use geforce experience to optimize games

I found that DSR was enabled in NVIDIA Control Panel was the reason i was getting lower FPS. Wondering if maybe you are having the same issue.

Open NVIDIA Control Panel, Manage 3D Settings, Factor DSR should be set to off.
