High FPS but feels under 20 FPS

Hello,
That's a while now that I have this problem. My fps are very high ( 300 almost ), but this doesn't feel good at all, it's not smooth ( like 20 fps as I said ). I was thinking if that could be my monitor, because this one can't go over 60hz. It could also be my PSU or my hard disk, I don't really know.
My specs :
CPU : i7-3770k
GPU : Nvidia Geforce GTX 970

Monitors : AOC P2370S ( and hp 2035 as a second one, but I don't play on this one )
Motherboard : Gigabyte Technology Co. Ltd. B75M-D3H

No, there is no problem, only your perception. If your frame count is that high, and the monitor maxes out at 60Hz, then you'll never be able to *see* more than 60 frames at a time. Without vsync, you might see tearing, etc., which is never particularly pleasant.

I'd say vsync it and play it. There's nothing wrong with your PSU - if the frame counter is giving you a higher number, then you're getting that higher number.

I swear it's really horrible, not more than 20 fps. With V-Sync it is a bit better, but I have input lags...

Are you talking about an online game or a locally played game ? If it's online it maybe an issue with internet connection so a good idea is to play a local game and see if you have the same issue.

I'm playing Trove, so yeah that's online, but I think the prob come from the game, because I don't have problems on other games ^^'
