Question High fps but not smooth

Hello ! i recently built a pc with a 4060 ti 13600kf 32gb ram ddr5 b760 gaming x ddr5 ssd sn850x watercooling 360mm frozen notte So I don't know why I have more than 300 fps in games and I have the impression of being in 60hz with a lot of screen tearing I have two screens 1165 iyama 0.8 ms and a 144hz viewsonic 1ms if anyone Can anyone help me resolve this problem, thank you!

Gsync/Freesync with Vsync enabled so fps doesn't exceed refresh rate. Fps over refresh rate, especially by that amount, won't be smooth like missing pages out of a flip book.

If your screen doesn't have Gsync/Freesync then try Fast Sync or Vsync with fps limit of 143 to eliminate Vsync input lag.

Gsync alone doesn't cap fps. For fps to remain in "VRR range" Vsync is used or limit fps yourself.

I already tried to activate/deactivate vsync and put vsync activate/deactivate blocked my fps at 143 the input lag even higher

I have freesync on both screens and when I activate freesync on both screens I can activate gsync on the nvidia panel and my screens are in display port
