high fps low performance

IDK why, but at certain pot in games regardless of 60+ fps i get weird sttuters and laggy motion of cammera. For example in overwatch when i set 150 res scale it doesnt feel smooth at all even when i have above 60 fps. I have gtx 1060 6gb i5 6600k 16gb ram windows 10.

My hunch is that maybe you are asking your monitor for more than it can give? What is the resolution setting you are attempting to run at versus what is the resolution capability of your panel? It might be more of a refresh issue?
