5000rpm gpu-fan constant

Using gpu-z for temps

First gpu reading says "-165c"
A Negative temp

Then it lists 3more gpu temps lower in a cluster around 1000c each

So my fan is so loud and my computer is acting as an ice cold AC for my room , but it's winter so I don't need an AC.
What has gone astray~?

Looking at my bios the temps seem fine. In lower forties from what they display. But my computer sounds like it's entering a war the way the gpu fan is going

Solution
Which gpu?
Maybe you can set the rpm in the nvidia control panel/CCC,maybe it by accident set at max rpm there.
You also could create a custom profile with msi afterburner.

To try for other temp readings,

Download the next program=hwinfo32,

http://www.hwinfo.com/download32.html

You can open hwinfo32,after that open the sensor window by marking sensors=V,after that click run.Look at the bottom of the chart.

Maybe even get rid of the old drivers and reinstall the latest clean. The next could help with that,

The problem was that the Temperature reader with black tape wasn't pushed down on the GPU, it got loose ---therefore producing an inaccurate reading which my fans were trying to compensate for.

-solution was I pushed the temp stick and black tape down more on my hardware for accurate readings.
