Hello, so recently I started facing this problem. When I boot up my PC, games run normally with high, stable frames. However, after an hour or so, the GPU usage suddenly goes to 95-100% and frames dropped from 60 to 30-50. I do not think there is something wrong with the GPU because its quite new. GPU is overclocked.
What I have tried so far:
DDU / uninstall old drivers and install new drivers or use another driver version
Roll back Windows build to 1709
Lowering in game graphics settings after problem occurs
Relaunching game
Playing with stock settings (No overclock, I use MSI AfterBurner)
Malware scan (MalwareBytes)
Restarting PC (Only fix I can find now before happening in another hour)
When the problem occurs, the GPU temperature is around 60-70 degree celsius.

Without that problem I would be getting solid 60 frames. I have tried Heaven Benchmark 4.0, without the problem I am able to get 110 frames in the first scene, never dropped below 100. With the problem I only got 30 frames in the first scene. So far I faced this problem in Rainbow Six Siege and Monster Hunter: World.
