High Jitter low ping

For some reason i am having high jitter issues which according to a ping test I did it was 20-45 yet my actual ping was at 53ms and my connection speed was 45mbps. I use a wireless connection

Could be from using wireless and ping on one place will be different to another place because physical location. You can try wired and see if it's from being wireless.
