Question High Large page Memory Usage !!!! HELP

I was wondering why my ram usage was so high while idle and no programs were using ram on my task manager, so i downloaded rammap to see what was the problem and i saw that my large page file was 7 gb of my 16 gb. i was wondering how to lower it. when i play modern warfare my ram usage is almost at peak because of this.

theres nothing wrong with it
apps use large page as storage (garbage collection) to put old stuffs there so that data can be received quickly, that data arent active, if you run out of ram, windows will put it to pagefile.sys so it can free ram for another apps

there are apps which can release this garbage collection, but if you still have free ram, it will just slowdown your apps which thinks that data are still stored there

as i said before, closing apps or services is a way to decrease ram usage
