High memory and disk usage?

Hi, I recently updated my windows 10 and since then my memory usage has been at a stable 90%+ no matter how many programs I have open.

Also whenever I open a game, my memory usage reaches 95%+ and my disk usage goes up to 100%, then the game will crash. After it closes my disk usage goes back to 0-5% and my memory usage goes back to ~90%.

Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks.

check the processes which are open so right click on task bar , click on task manager and go to process's/startup tab then untick all the processes you dont want at startup then reboot see if there is a difference also how much ram do you have ???

Ive done this already, didn't change anything at all... And I have 16gb RAM

:O 16gb ram ???? ok thats wierd i duel boot win 7 and win 10 the ram usage is not that much and i have 8gb of ram ahah , k try reinstall again surely it didnt do it right thats just glichy .
