Question High Memory Usage

Hey! So for some reason my memory usage is now about 93-97% when i have chrome, LoL client and Spotify Open. I have 16GB ram and this didnt happen until recently

Run a Malwarebytes Free custom scan and select all your drives. Let it run. Come back here with results.

So ill try to scan it with the windows defender malware wcan, but if i dont find anything, would it help resetting to factory settings

Yeah so i ran a windows defender offline scan, and now my memory usage is only 32% when league and chrome and discord is open, so i guess i fixed it
