[SOLVED] high packet loss in games

I played CSGO today and yesterday, i had around 10-20% loss all the time, and right now EFT kicked me out of the game with the reason "high packet loss".
I have 1 ping on speedtest and 700-800 MB/s download.
Ryzen 7 3800x, rtx 2060 and 16 gb ram.
I have the best internet connection possible here, playing on ethernet cable

Games do not really tolerate any packet loss or latency variation (ie jitter).

Speedtest is basically a file download it is not even similar to the traffic a games uses.

Start with a actual ping command in a background window and see if it see similar results to the game. Start with a ping to some common ip like 8.8.8.8

If you see loss there then at least you know the game is not telling lies and you have a real network problem. the next step will depend on what you find.
