Hey, Im thinking about upgrading to a 'CM High Perf Case Fans'

I have a CM Hyper 212 Evo cooling a AMD FX 8350 @ Stock 4Ghz.
Well, its been running a bit toasty recently and I can't really tell why...
@ Idle I get about 30-34*C and @ Load I get about 40-50 Avg and 58*C being the absolute top. The 'TJ. Max is 85*C' and I would like to lower the temps without going water.

So. ATM the front Intake and the back outake fans are the stock ones that came with my case (regular unbranded 120mm fans) If I was to buy 2 of these: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Corsair-Series-Performance-Edition-Pressure/dp/B00C249QNE/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1412823089&sr=8-1&keywords=high+performance+fans would I notice a difference in temps?

Solution
Are you replacing the fans or adding 2 new ones to the case? If you want to get an idea about the temperature after replacing them, try putting the 2 case fans to 100% by using the 12V molex power rail to power them. It should give the same airflow as the new fans, but with much more sound and noise.
An Avg of 40-50C is very good for an AMD FX-8350. On my noctura D14 I get temps of around 45C.
You're fine, as long you don't overclock.

Also, did you apply thermal paste proprely? If its a decent water cooler, it should be just slightly above the Noctura D14.

At the time yes, But since then I have upgraded/messed with everything (and the cooler has been knocked/wobbled a bit) so im not sure if that would change it.

Although the temps may be fine, would going for High Perf/Static fans be worth it or no? MY GPU (Asus GTX 760 SC ROG) runs at 69*C tops. Even if it is a few degrees is it worth it?
