Hello,
i am looking for a high performance wireless router b/g/n. it should support 30 simultaneous users with no degredation in service. it should have a 300 foot range without signal degredation. any ideas?

Yea, try something from the tooth fairy, no such thing that you are looking for exists unless the US Army has some. To do what you are asking for would take 30 different access points in a 300 foot room with no walls and a signal booster.

What you just asked for is like asking for a Ferrari that will go 200mph while getting 40mpg that you can buy for $10,000.
