Ok so before i start, i am in no way, shape or form an expert in this matter. Please go easy on me.
While playing games like League of legends on my main screen, i like to watch streams or youtube videos on my other screen. And that for some reason is making my ping go crazy high for the connection that i have.
Same thing happens when people on my Network use fairly high bandwidth demanding websites like youtube for example even though my internet connection should be enough to handle all of those together at once.
-------------------
Im running on a 15 down, 5 up connection using a Huawei e5172s-927 router (im on a wired connection).
My question is, What am i supposed to do to prioritize my PC or the game that i am playing over everything else? Is there a setting that i can configure to fix my problem? Do i have to buy a new router that has the required settings/specs for gaming that can fix my case?
Please, go easy on me. send help.
