[SOLVED] High ping since a few months

Hello, since a few months or so I am constantly getting confronted with a high ping. My download/upload rate is fine. It's just as fast as ever. Speedtest results are fine as well. I tested pinging other websites and even when Discord shows me my 500+ ping with XX% packet loss, it still shows me a ping of 50. My drivers are all up to date. I scanned my pc for malware a couple of times. Nothing. I looked for programs that might interact with my internet connection. Nothing. I switched my LAN cable. Nothing. I just don't know what's happening. Does someone have an answer for this or possible solutions? I am tired of playing offline games and not having proper conversations to friends via Discord since my voice is lagging out. I don't know if my specs are necessary but here you go:

Windows 10 64 bit

2x8gb crucial ram

AMD RX480 Asus

MSI Mortar Max

Ryzen 5 1600x

I would boot a linux live cd/usb and check your ping there. If it's fine there, then it's a windows issue. If it's still high, then we need to look at the nic and network a bit more.
