Question High pitched noise from PC after installing AIO ?

Hi, I recently installed an AIO on my custom built pc. A high pitched noise occurs when my motherboard power light turns on before the bios. The high pitched whining is louder after I close down an intensive game. Any ideas on a fix?

My specs are:


CPU: AMD ryzen 7 2700x
GPU: EVGA rtx 2080ti black
RAM: corsair vengance 2x8 (2 sticks)
MOBO: MSI b450 carbon ac pro wifi
CPU AIO: msi core liquid 240r AIO
POWER SUPPLY: EVGA SuperNOVA 850 G+

Try to determine the source of the high-pitched noise.

Open the case prior to boot up and listen while booting and then while closing down an intensive game.

You can use a cardboard tube or rolled up sheet of paper to focus your hearing as you carefully listen about your system to locate the source of the noise.

It gets quieter around the PSU, and I've located the noise to be around the area where my AIO pump is mounted on my CPU.
