High pitched ring coming from back of lcd monitor?

i recently setup a 2nd monitor using my old hp lcd from 2007 and there's this high pitched ring that comes from it when ever it is turned on, it is really annoying. Is there anyway it can be fixed or is it just old? the specific monitor model is an hp w1907.

Sounds like capacitor noise or whatever. Its just old. Time for it to die soon probably.
