Good Afternoon guys, I'm kind of worried, ive been seeing that for alot of the applications it says "very high" in the "power usage " column in task manager. i have an i9-9900k RTX 2070 and my PSU is Thermaltake 700W 80+ White Certified. Am i using alot of power, or do i have to upgrade my PSU. Any help will be appreciated :)

The power supply you're using is very low quality and is not appropriate for the high end system you have. You should be using a much better quality model that will support and protect your expensive components.
You are using a lot of power, there is nothing wrong with using a lot of power except that if it gets too hot you should let it cool down or close some of the programs using high power, it is normal for games like Roblox or Minecraft to use very high power, if there isn't enough power the adapter on your charger should automatically provide the pc with more power, if your pc or laptop doesn't have a fan then maybe check on how hot it is. If it does get too hot, you should start thermal throttling which is basically lowering fps to keep your device alive.

@Archaic59 so what psu do you recommend?
It depends on what's available where you live. If I was buying a power supply for that system I'd be looking for 650 watts from a high quality model such as Corsair RM650x or Seasonic Focus GX-650. There are others that are acceptable if those are not available where you live. You can look at this list to find other brands, but stick to tier A or B. Your Thermaltake is listed on tier D, very low quality.
