Hello guys, I run windows 7 with 16 GB of ram. When I casually use my pc, that is browsing youtube/twitch or facebook/reddit my ram idles at around 8GB, it used to be around 3-4GB. is one of my ram sticks going bad? how can I troubleshoot this? I got the new game anthem and it won't let me play bc when I launch the game it shoots up to 15.6 GB and the game lags horribly. I have a lot of applications installed. MY CPU is 4790k ram gskill Ripjaws ddr3 2133Mhz HDD 1tb wd blue and 2tb wd black and GTX 970 by gigabyte.
let me know if you need me to run diagnostic tools and post results
Thanks for the help, appreciate it

memory use
Here is the pic of task manager i just took. This is only having 1 window of firefox open with 4 tabs. There is no way it should use that much. Do you think i should uninstall firefox and see how it goes?

Go to Control panel>System>Advanced system settings>virtual memory>change.Choose the drive that your OS is installed and check the "system managed size" option. Also perform a "clear cache".Restart.

It was set to system managed and the max was around 24GB, it said currently allocated 16GB
