Hi i am having issue High RAM usgae even when everything closed...
i am using Vmware for Eve-ng opening multiple hosts switches routers RAM goes up thats fine..but issue is when i close all that stuff RAM dont come down automatically it stays at around 90% when nothing is running i have to restart to make it normal...
please any suggestion
RAM is 16GB corsair DDR4

Solution
sure i will try...
now after closing everything its releasing memory but still inside VM if i shutdown any host like windows 10 i am not getting memory back....
i wilk try to update or reninstall
I've used Workstation Player but it isn't nearly as good as full on Workstation. IDK if you do anything with VMUG, but for $200/year you can get VMUG advantage and it includes a lot of nice options. https://www.vmug.com/membership/vmug-advantage-membership If that is something that you are looking at then I would go that route to be able to get a lot more options for your VM usage as well as being able to run multiple VMs at once with full Workstation. However, you will want more than 16GB RAM if you are having more than your OS...
Are there any updates to Workstation? You could also try uninstalling and reinstalling Workstation. You won't lose your VMs, just have to reregister them.
