Go with 1080p. There's no point in buying a low res monitor. When you do decide to upgrade your PC you'll already have the monitor to support it. Not to mention if you wanted to you could game at a lower resolution on the 1080p monitor.
If i use 768p on 1080p monitor only when gaming then will it be more blurry then actual 768p monitor ?
Yes it'll be stretched/blurry. I haven't tried to run at a lower res in quite a while but I think if you play a game in windowed mode it should help with it being stretched out but that would mean playing the game in a smaller window on your screen. Ultimately it's a money saving suggestion on my part. If you buy a low res monitor now and choose to upgrade your PC to 1080p capable you have to buy another monitor to support that. Either way you choose to go there will be some trade off.
I understand but i said i wanted to upgrade to 1080p that's mean i already have 768p monitor.
So my point is should i buy 1080p monitor? i can't upgrade my GPU in this year.
So if i buy 1080p can gtx 950 cover my game for 1 more year ?
You should buy a 1080p monitor. This will basically be "future-proofing" for when you are able to upgrade your GPU. It would be a whole lot more convenient, too, as you will be able to play games at lower resolutions, should you need to. Your GTX 950 could hold for maybe another year, but don't expect to play the latest AAA titles at high quality, 1080p. You should be able to run mainstream, older, and e-sport games like CSGO, LoL, and probably Overwatch with decent settings at 1080p. How much are you willing to spend on a monitor?
I choose this monitor lg lg22mp68vq-p. Link below.

That monitor seems pretty good. I personally have a Samsung 1800R Curved monitor, and it retails around $160. Pretty good deal when i bought it, and its a VA screen. Kind of meets the middle ground between IPS and TN. LG is a decent company, but I prefer either Samsung or Asus. But if your budget is constricted, the one you chose should be good.
Here are a few other monitors you may consider:
The one directly below was my old monitor before i upgraded to the curved. I still have it in case i take my computer to a LAN party. Color reproduction isn't all that great, but its good for gaming up to 60 FPS. There is also an IPS version

Here is another one from Asus. It is more gaming oriented, and has FreeSync if you upgrade to an AMD graphics card.

The last one here is a bit expensive since it is curved, but this is essentially what i have, except i bought mine at Walmart at a discount. If you search around, I am sure that you can find one similar to this for cheaper.

Hope this helps!
