High Resolution Region Screenshot Tool

Is there a screenshot tool that lets me define a size that I set of my screen to capture at high resolution? Snip Tool and PickPic both have the region capture function, but both save as incredibly fuzzy pictures.

All screen capture utilities use the linear pixel density of the monitor screen, which is generally 72 ppi

So it's not possible to have high-res screen grabs, it's fixed.

Yeap, most of screen capture tools capturing 72 ppi.
But we working for that option, and hope, that in next release, our screen capture tool, will have it.
