is this normal, and how can i resolve it?

Thanks.

try open hardware monitor or another one to rule out a bad read of the hardware. the temp if it right is for the chipset on the motherboard it should not be that hot. (bad chipset or no airflow or it missing thermal paste or the heat sink not on right on the chipset).

there's absolutly no heat coming from the heatsink on the board, + it is a pretty well ventilated case

It's also sitting at 111 degree's min/max even after i restart my pc, doesn't move from it
