Hi my CPU temperature goes upto 70-75 C while playing GTA V. I live at place where summers are already soaring and temperature outside is around 35C. My table setup make CPU lie in a box which is not much airy.
So please suggest me if I should go for a CPU cooler or should try something else. Also my GPU temperature soars upto 67C.
I have been looking at 212X, is it good enough?

Thanks

The Deepcool Neptwin is the best of the 3, and also the largest. It is the best option here though some would prefer the Noctua DH-14 which has similar design and heat regulation it is higher priced as well.

As for the thermal past, there are 3 levels of thermal paste. The is level 1 which comes with stock coolers or CPUs which holds you over and keeps your CPU at an ok temp. There is level 2 which comes with your aftermarket cooler and keeps your CPU at a very reasonable heat, usually the more you spend on a cooler the better the paste is. And there's level 3 which is a little bit better than what you'd get with an aftermarket cooler but has more of it for more uses.

IF you have the money than get Arctic MX4 but if you don't your PC...

Solution

Oh thanks for the help. I have placed an order for Neptwin and thermal paste(Arctic Silver 5 Thermal Compound 3.5G).
One thing that is constantly bugging me is the system core voltage. Mine fluctuates b/w 0.810v - 0.930v. Its never stable. Is it normal?

If you are talking about your CPU than that is normal, it usually only uses more voltage power when it needs it, like when playing games or running extensive tasks...Though that voltage seems low for a CPU, they are usually set to at least 1.2v

Bought DeepCool Lucifer V2 due to non availability of Neptwin.
One Week use:
Ambient temperatures are around 27 C atm.

Stock Cooler:

Idle Temperatures:
Min: 49 C
Max: 55 C
Average: 53 C

Playing GTA V:
Min: 70 C
Max: 85 C
Average: 78 C

DeepCool Lucifer Cooler:

Idle Temperatures:
Min: 31 C
Max: 41 C
Average: 34 C

Playing GTA V:
Min: 45 C
Max: 54 C
Average: 49 C

That's a hell lot of difference imo. I used the thermal paste that came with the cooler with pea shape.
But there is one problem I am facing that the Fan that came with the cooler being PWM works at max 400RPM. Any solutions?

I have done few settings and now everything is working super fine.

In BIOS I have four profiles. Silent, Standard, Turbo and Manual.
Even on the Turbo mode the max fan speed I got was 700RPM, that maybe because my CPU temperatures were more than normal for my MoBo to crank up the PWM fan to 1000+ RPMs.
So what I did is I set the Fan Profile to Manual and selected these settings.
CPU Upper Temperature: 50
CPU Fan Max. Duty Cycle: 100
CPU Lower Temperature: 30
CPU Fan Min. Duty Cycle: 80

Following this tada, fan is running at about 1350RPM and CPU temp is 31 C with ambient temp of 27C. While playing GTA V I have max temperature of about 37C.

Do I need a second fan on Pull mode on Cooler?
I want to confirm that I am not harming my fan by forcing it to run at 80% minimum always.

The minimum speed of your fan should be at about 50%, most demanding games will only push it to 60-70% speed under a load. IF you are adding another fan to your cooler than it should be pushing air out just like your other fan.

btw nice drawings XD
