So i delided my 3770K a while back and used MX-4 thermal paste, and for everyday that went by the CPU temps increased until they reached high 90's and i had to repaste, after repasting they were back to being in the low 60's and high 50's but again kept rising slowly.
I bought some Kryonaut paste and applied that, instantly my temps were at 70 and sometimes spiked up to the high 90's.

It takes around 2 weeks for the temps to rise from 60 to 100 after that i usually repaste.

Im using the floating method. What could be the problem, i don't know about pressure because the IHS is kept on firmly by the hatch.

Im using an H100i
4.8 GHz @ 1.32V
Asus Sabertooth Z77

The thermal compounds you are using all are victims of the pump out effect and show descent results in the beginning constantly falling off as the pump out progresses. The best results are from using the liquid metal types of TIM between the CPU die and the Heat Spreader the Thermal Grizzly Conductonaut or the Cool Laboratory Pro or Ultra is probably your best bet. One question is did you completely remove all the old adhesive?

Thanks for the advice i didn't know about this "Pump out" effect, ill pick up some LM for my CPU and GPU soon then.

And yes i removed all of the glue around the die.
