Question High temps in laptop CPU

I was looking at several videos showing how to disassemble the Asus N56J laptop, and they seem to have a "don't do it" label all over the place.


None of them show the laptop actually turning on when finished.


What can I do to cool it from the outside?


Or how can I make the CPU work cooler? I am not doing anything that needs it at full throttle.


Comments show many people commenting video screen being hard to reconnect too.

What settings can I use to lower temperatures with this CPU?

What sort of temps are you seeing with your Asus laptop during full load? Ambient room air temps? Some people make the mistake of blocking the intake and exhaust vents on the laptop. Make sure they're clear.
