high temps on cpu and loud noises

what can i do to make these temps lower and are they normal? please help

Well we'll need more information such as the case you're using and heat sink.

im using the coolermaster n200 case with the cpu stock cooler

The first thing you'd want to do is replace the stock cooler if you want to get the temps lower but seeing as you have a pretty small case your options would have to be with a small form factor cooling. I'm not very knowledgeable on that so I'll let someone else recommend something.
