High usage cpu low usage you problem

Hello guys so I’m having an issue with my cpu so recently I upgrading to a new gpu and since then my cpu usage has been at 99% and gpu at 12 I’m not sure what to do


Specs: amd Radeon r7 a10 7870k cpu and a gtx 1070 ti 16 gb ddr3 (two eight sticks)

Well your cpu is severely underpowered compared to your gpu. It is creating a significant bottleneck thats why you are seeing high cpu and low gpu usage.

He's absolutely right. The CPU is bottlenecking your high-end GPU.

If you're planning to upgrade to a R3, R5, R7. Keep in mind that you'll probably have to upgrade your motherboard and switch to DDR4 RAM. So you're probably stuck for a while.

What motherboard do you have right now? Maybe you could be very lucky.
