HIgh usage of memory

so i've recently upgraded to windows 10 from 8.1 and i've receive some issues.
when i open task manager, in performances i saw that my ram usage is always higher than 7GB out of 8. This happens even if im not gaming or anything. the processes tab show that the program "System and compressed memory" uses about 100+ mb and the memory usage is always around 90%. i've check but nothing is using a lot of ram in anyway. Whats the problem?

The best way to fix high ram, CPU or hdd usage after an upgrade is a fresh install

It fixes almost all of the problems.

Download windows 10 from Here: Windows Media Creation tool

create USB or DVD.
Do fresh install following: http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/1950-windows-10-clean-install.html
