Well, playing Metro: Last light is a thing on very high and 2X SSAA setting, I'm playing on 1600*900 resolutions and i get give or take, 50fps. Today i used another monitor with 1080p for playing that game on the same setting, i got 35fps. what I'm thinking is why people chose higher resolution over higher FPS? me, i prefer 1600*900 for 50fps, Is it same for you guys? I've kind of disappointed about my new gpu, 780 ti, i though i would handle this sort of settings better.

A good overclock will definitely push framerate high enough for that to be possible, unknown. I do not doubt the 290X's potential when stuck with something better than AMD's shoddy reference blower.

It's also nice to affirm that JanTemplar is meeting the same benchmarks with SSAO on Auto or off, which means his card is performing within reasonable expectations, so we can rule out the possibility he has a bad card or he has it plugged in wrong :)

JanTemplar - I would also agree with unknownofprob's recommendation to try a slight overclock on your 780Ti. Tom's Hardware posted that the card has tremendous OC potential without a worrisome amount of temperature increase, you could easily push yourself near the 60fps mark without running...
You caught me before I edited and redacted that comment. I was thinking of the clock rates on 770s, having helped a college roommate shop for one recently, and checked the product page and facepalmed 😛 I edited my post to redact that comment.

I checked, it the same, nothing has changed! 🙁

I've found a few online. Not sure what unknownofprob is running his system at (How much he's overclocked and whatnot) but a few supporting benchmarks have shown that with SSAO on, cards take a big hit in performance.

Those numbers look about right for my Titan. I did a GSYNC benchmark not long ago and put it on Youtube, and my average framerate stays in the mid 40s on my Titan as well. This is at 1080p/1200p, however, not 1600x900. My suggestion would be to leave SSAO at 2x or on Auto, truth is Metro LL is just a hog of a game. I guarantee you you'll get higher fps on a game like BF4 or something else equally pretty.

[Quick Edit]
It's also worth mentioning, TomsHardware has made no mention of using the SSAO function when using the built in benchmark in Metro: LL, which would explain why the 290X and 780 Ti are posting 70fps.

Don't worry I've got the best from my aftermarket cooled model, I have actually OC'd the card quite a bit and that's why the performance is quite high, temps are decent though, not like the 94 degrees celsius on the stock cooled model!

-Try OC Your GTX 780Ti 200MHz on the GPU Clock, see what that does for you, that is safe for that card's OC Capabilities.

unknownofprob - Any suggestions for a GPU Clock OC setting for the GTX Titan? 😉

Solution
Thank you all for being so kind and helpful! that means alot!
CraigN, i will a little bit bothersome if i want to OC, take care! :)
All of these things happens, i believe I'm making a good knowledge for my next sys! 😀

OC is what I like people to do, for your GTX Titan with stock cooler, the OC Capabilities are really good.
-The stock GPU clock should at stock be between 800-900MHz
-And the Memory should be at 6008MHz, keep that the same.

I would OC The GTX Titan 180MHz on the GPU Clock, and that'll be the sweet spot for OC'ing the titan.
