Highest Fx-6300 Overclock?

Just wondering what the highest recorded overclock on a fx-6300 is - I somehow got mine to 6GHz, ran prime95 for 24 hours and it's stable, sits at about 70C load with 3 120mm radiators. It seems stable, but should I trust such a ridiculously high clock? My PSU and MOBO are both pretty high end, I was trying to get a better clock out of it instead of upgrading, and I think I did that pretty well!

Solution
1. We do not know all your specs. Cooler?

2. Your CPU is most likely throttling HARD and is not running anywhere NEAR 6GHz (probably the only reason it has not died yet).

3. Methodology used in overclocking?

4. Max voltage being reached according to CPU-z? Rest of the CPU-z info?

We can not help you without information.
From the info you have given I can assume the following :

Your CPU is throttling and not actually running anywhere near 6GHz.
You are likely damaging the motherboard VRMs and CPU.

You were right - for some reason I was using the Asrock monitor rather then CPU-Z, which displays 4.6-4.9GHz. Still decent, but less terrifying :)
