funny thing. I saw a similar device 2 years ago with 6 port each with a dedicated chip. so this is just advertising.

Microsoft is ending XP support and telling partners to do the same. Can't except 3rd parties to continue supporting it as well.

UASP has more potential for 5Gbps and next Gen 10Gbps, this dock may suit for lite backup user or storage of multimedia source library for Post-Production.
