Hiren's BootCD tool

I read about this tool a lot. I understood that the last realse was in 2012, and few people told me that it is not update anymore and it is not useful today with the new viruses and windows 10 does a better job than this software.
What do you think? Does it unesful today or it is still good and can fix computers and even windows 10 promblems...

not official release but fan updated :since there are no official updates after November 2012, PE version is being developed by Hiren’s BootCD fans. It includes the least, best and updated free tools used in Hiren’s BootCD. It is being developed for the new age computers, it supports UEFI booting and requires minimum 2 GB RAM.

why do you need a driver updater for windows 10, all new drivers have mini apps that self check for driver updates, why need another program to run to mess with what works ? why ask for a disaster to happen, the hiren app was great for windows 7 because it did nothing for updated drivers, win 10 is a different story

I am trying to find a software like hiren's bootcd which is updated to 2018-2019 problems and can help deal with them.
Hiren's boot is old fashioned and it is from 2012 - today there are more new problems and I heard that hiren boot is old and cant deal with them so i want something else.

I am trying to accomplish a rescue tool which can help me deal with most of the pc problems of today (I mean updated to 2018 problems ) -hiren's bootcd is a good rescure tool but for 2012 today its not useful and rescue as it was in the past beacuse more hardware.software, viruses, problems. malware were added to the market so I need something to replace hiren's boot of the past in order to fix the most problems.

What operating system? If you are working with Windows 10 then I would say that you do not need any third party tool because everything that you need is readily available from Microsoft.
