Extra VRM phases huh? Gee, that sure helped me on my HIS 7950 IceQ with a -as of now- fried MOSFET. What we need is higher quality phases, not more of the same crappy ones. I'm thinking IR powerFETs need to be standard on mobos and cards now, its 2013, no mo' ancient tech please.
 
The specs seem off for a 280X which is the rebranded HD7970. 850MHz is too low of a stock clock speed. I thought they were all going to be 950MHz stock, some at 1GHz and others (very few) overclocked well beyond that.

Not a fan of blue PCB but i do agree with some of the comments above. Don't post anything yet unless its benchmarks. Would love to see how these handle Battlefield 4!

I have a HIS 5670 IceQ 1 GB DDR5,awesome. Love the IceQ series.

PS:Can anyone tell me do they still this card, i want to buy one more, coz i m a li'l tight on budget rite now.
