Hissing sound

hey recently i got hissing sound coming from my 2.1 creative system whenever i play song when i turn the volume up and down some hissing voice comes how will i fix this

Turn the master volume of the computer down,
turn the volume control of your speakers down.
Turn the mixer volume, from your sound source up.
you have multiple volume controls, and one of them is set way too high.

i m on window 7 how can i find these it only happens when i turn up or down the volume hissing sound hear

i do what u told it works man but still i have little bit hissing especially when turn volume up or down will u fix it

i have asus a970 mobo +fx 8150 onboard driver realtek hd audio
