Hitachi simpletech driver windows 7 32system

I need help in getting drivers for my Simple tech external drive.
My windows 7 premium 32-bit is not accepting it.

It worked on my Mac. once, but it's not accepting My Mac USB now.

Please, HELP.

sounds like hardware fault (caddy controller, external hdd its self or the cable/power etc)

external hdd's dont usually need any drivers
