Question Hitching on lock screen during wake up

I am trying to troubleshoot this issue that only happens on my MSI crosshair 15 laptop. To start, I have wiped and reinstalled windows 10 64 bit home, and installed the latest updates. That did not fix the problem. I have also reset the bios to factory default settings. This only happens during wake up and when the display is turned back on after inactivity.
