HKU OneDriveSetup Suspicious?

Hey guys, I was using HitmanPro and it said that I might have a suspicious file. Should I try to fix it or forget about it?

If you use One Drive, then leave it. It runs one time, setups One Drive files/config and removes setup from startup.
If you don't need it, then you may try removing it.
