Hey all, I am in the process of building a HMPC for my parents and need some advice.
I have built several PCs in my time and have recently built myself an i3 based HMPC so I'm fairly experienced, but my budget is considerably tighter for this project and so I'm having to look outside my comfort zone.
Basically I'm looking at using this MoBo as my basis after some research:

The reason I've gone for AMD as opposed to Intel is that I need more than 2 internal SATA ports and most Intel boards I've looked at have only 2. (I need at least 3: 1 SSD for OS, 1 or 2 storage drives and 1 Blu-ray drive)
I know it should be easily capable of running DVDs, Blu-rays and HD movies from hard drives but what I need advice on is if you guys think it will be powerful enough to handle running this (or similar HD Freeview TV tuner cards):

From reading the manual it says it needs a 2.6Ghz multi core processor to handle HD freeview channels (UK).
If it's not going to be powerful enough then any suggestions would be very welcome
