Home built pc freezes since day one with buzzing sound through earpiece

iii built a computer back in November last year and it keeps randomly freezing and making a buzzing sound with the same note as the last played. I've replaced many parts so I know the majority aren't faulty, but it has been really annoying. The majority of the events occur when playing certain games and sometimes when using chrome to watch certain video player types, like the twitch player.

Check the temps, take a look in event viewer, run memtest86 and if that doesn't help, come back here and list the complete setup with all part operation system and so on.

temperatures are fine and ive checked the memory several times

I know this is a few years late, but the issue was with the drivers for the network card being incompatible with the operating system.
