Question Home Media Server Advice Needed

Hi there everyone,i was wanting some advice on what option I should go for.
I have a substantial collection of NAS Drives,4 bay types and external drives which are now filling up,I maybe have around 40 HDDs,
I have installed Cat cable into the house, maybe cat 6 if I remember, and everything works great streaming to my Shield and Denon Sound system.
The trouble now is,I'm running out of space,I could just keep going buying external drives, but I was more thinking about a server type rack system setup where I can buy drives and update the system,I just don't know what I'm really after.

I would buy second-hand if possible or maybe new,I was looking on this website, but I'm unsure what I would need,I don't fully use the NAS,just for streaming through KODI and scraping my TV/Movies/Muisic rips and it plays UHD great,Dolby Vision no problem.

Is this site any good below?

I see second-hand racks etc on Facebook marketplace, servers, but what would suit me best?

Or is there a better solution??I'm open to any advice.

Cheers

You say 40 HDDs. How much total space?
What commercial NAS unit(s) do you currently have ?

Maybe 450 TB at guess,i would probably keep my synology NAS`s with them populated with backups and my external drive bays etc....i probably wouldn't want to put all the drives in the media center but a fair few to free up space, I like everything in lists so I can find things straight away, some sort of organization.
