Home Network issues

Hello guys , hope this thread finds you well ...
I'm using a desktop computer with cable to my router so it's a wired connection , So my issues are Two !
These are my specs if it might help

The First : Limited connection or sudden internet interrupt and disconnection on my desktop PC it's very annoying especially when gaming or other stuff

The Second : Which is devastating ... limited or not able to attempt connection on my wireless network connection on my router this is very annoying too especially when lan gaming or other laptops to join the network ... The internet in my network is limited sometimes but other than that when it's connected everything seems to be right I don't know im confused :\

Any help would be appriciated

The only thing I can think of is to call your network service provider and see if they can help, or go to a local computer shop and have them take a look.

I called my ISP they said since the router is not from them so they can't help and sometimes they say that my issue is from the router ... but the router still new and in good shape
Thanks Anyway i think of calling assistant from a computer shop .. thanks for the tip

Plug your ethernet cable directly into the modem and see if you are still experiencing the problem.
