Few words;
CPU - Intel 12th gen Core i3. Plenty for office build. GPU is inside the CPU as iGPU. So, need to connect monitor to the MoBo for image.
CPU cooler - Comes with CPU.
MoBo - MSI micro-ATX. Supports DDR4 RAM. H610 chipset, so barebones. But for office PC - plenty.
RAM - Didn't add one, since you said you have the DDR4 RAM.
GPU - Already inside the CPU.
SSD - Solid M.2 NVMe SSD: Samsung 970 Evo Plus, in 1TB capacity. More than enough for office build + then some for storage (i have the same SSD as my OS drive but mine is 2TB).
PC case - Micro-ATX from Fractal Design. Has two 5.25" external bays. So, double the requirement. Also, good airflow and overall nice looks. (Specs.)
PSU - Good quality unit from Seasonic. Fully-modular and 10 years of warranty. A bit beefy for office build, but enough to sustain dedicated GPU, IF PC owner decides to add one at later date.
