Talk Talk is a service not a device. You need to be more explicit.
Do you have to log in to an account in order to use your WiFi ?
Do you pay for more than 1 account ?
Is your WiFi router/modem owned by you or loaned from the company ?

I use the Talk Talk router, its on 24/7. There is a passcode that I made available to the PC with Windows 7 Pro, it accepted it.
Interestingly when a cable was connected to the router from the same PC internet access was achieved.
A re-boot had no effect when the cable was removed and a further reboot when other PC's in the house were switched off (in case of an IP address conflict) had no effect! There is only the 1 account.
