Homegroup icon randomly appeared.

Hello,

Recently I have been noticing that my PC is starting to run really slowly. I have also noticed a Homegroup icon on my desktop. When looking this up I saw that it was a known issue with Windows 7, however I am running Windows 10. Is this Homegroup the reason my PC is starting to feel slow?

Any help is appreciated.

Welcome to the world of Windows 10.... Saw it on one of my systems, then it went away. Windows 10 is now a part of the SaaS environment. They change it at will and keep you from doing anything about it.
