How can I resolve it?

Generally, for laser printers horizontal stripes mean the drum unit is dirty - check the manual, there usually a 'self clean' option. If that fails try physically cleaning the drum, there will probably be instructions in the manual or on Brothers website. If that doesn't work you might have to buy a new drum unit.
